How to reach us, and what to include so we can help fast.

Support is handled at support@permanentrecord.ai. We read everything.

What to include

The fastest reports include:

  • The page URL — the address of the page you were saving, or the document in your library.
  • What you did and what you expected — e.g. “clicked Save Page, expected it to finish”.
  • What happened instead — the exact message you saw, if there was one.
  • When it happened — date and rough time, with your timezone.

For billing questions, include the email address on your account. Please don’t send passwords or payment card numbers — we never need them.

Sales and enterprise

For enterprise plans (SSO, security reviews, custom invoicing), email enterprise@permanentrecord.ai.
